Hosted by Chef Olivier, who is known for his refined technique and bold regional flavors, you’ll be treated to a modern take on tradition that’s both elevated and deeply satisfying.

This dinner begins with refreshing guacamole and house-made chips. A chilled crab salad follows, accented with smoky morita chile aioli and creamy avocado. The centerpiece is pan-seared sea bream over Mexican-style corn risotto with poblano sauce. For dessert, a rich goat cheese cajeta flan delivers a silky finish with notes of caramel.
