Chef Giselle has cooked for me on several occasions, including an intimate private dinner and my birthday celebration for 60 guests. Like a finely tuned orchestra, her menus were beautifully composed, impeccable in presentation, and unforgettable flavours. There is a clarity, a harmony, and confidence in her cooking that immediately stands out. My guests and I were blown away and captivated by the array, balance, and beauty of the dishes. Her lamb chops are, without question, the best I have ever had—perfectly cooked and deeply flavorful—and the roasted pepper soup was extraordinary, elegant yet comforting.
