Discover the culinary diversity of well-loved dishes around the world with Chef Giocchino.
From the coasts of Europe and the Mediterranean to South America and Mexico, you can find distinct flavors from around the world sourced locally in this global menu. Chef Giocchino will begin by serving creamy piquillo pepper hummus and crispy calamari a la Parmigiana. For the entrée, enjoy a classic surf and turf featuring beef strip loin and tiger shrimp with an herby chimichurri sauce, and finish with a Mexican chocolate pot de crème for dessert.

Chef Giocchino helped create a very memorable experience. He was able to give us cooking tips on our favorite recipes and create a delectable meal. We will be rebooking while we are in the area next time.

Giocchino is a great chef who will not disappoint. His knowledge of food and culinary skill shine through his food. He is full of charisma and very passionate about his craft. I would highly recommend Giocchino if you’re looking for a good meal full of laughs, good company, and great food.

I've had Gio's cooking on several occasions, and every single time I was impressed. Having him as a private chef is a great experience because not only is the food always delicious, but he is also naturally charismatic, accommodating, and a great person to be around. I would highly definitely recommend his services to anyone I know, and I look forward to experiencing his dishes in the future.
Chef Ciocchino mastered the catering business while working as the Senior Production Assistant in the Ted Rogers kitchen at Ryerson University in Toronto. Prior to this, he worked at Portico Restaurant & Bar at the Cambridge Suites Hotel and was nominated for the Culinary Ambassador of the Year award in 2015. Chef Ciocchino’s cooking focuses on fresh food sources and he currently teaches culinary classes.
