Previously, he worked as a sushi chef at a restaurant in St. Paul where he perfected his sushi-making techniques. Now, Chef Pao runs his own catering business for events and gatherings, and teaches Asian cooking classes with a focus on skill and high-quality ingredients.

Chef Ivan’s zeal for cooking began at a very young age, leading him to attend culinary school at the ripe age of just 14. The Italian chef, who has cooked all over Europe, now lives in New York where he runs a catering company and volunteers teaching children kitchen skills. Chef Ivan focuses on Italian, French and sushi courses, and is excited to educate guests on new techniques.

A Chicago native, Chef Andy has worked in many professional culinary roles from Culinary Director to Food Content and Menu Developer. With years of experience as a culinary instructor for both adults and kids, Chef Andy and his team are well-versed in a wide range of cuisines from sushi to classic European dishes. Chef Melissa uses cooking to bring food enthusiasts together, and to celebrate cultures and curiosities. After spending her youth in her home country of Taiwan, she worked as a food writer and spent dozens of years in Boston honing her craft alongside renowned chefs. Part story-teller, part educator, and part food and wine lover, Chef Melissa blends her Asian roots, her world travels and her love of food and culture to bring joy and inspiration to people everywhere.

Born with a love for tantalizing flavors, Chef Jordan pursued his culinary ambitions as soon as he could, which took him around the world. He wants everyone who savors his cooking to remember it long after they leave the table, and to ensure that happens, he infuses all the knowledge he has gained into every dish. Chef Jordan looks forward to inspiring both novice and proficient chefs to explore new techniques and ingredients in the kitchen.

Chef Pierre was born in France and spent 12 years studying cooking there as well as one year studying in Italy. He has worked with some of the top chefs in the world, including Chef Alain Ducasse. Chef Pierre is an expert with all types of fish and meat, and can also make great sauces and desserts. He has been a chef instructor and executive chef for many years, and has even cooked for four United States presidents. Chef Pierre's style of teaching is from the heart.

Originally from Argentina, with its own special mix of cultures, Chef Daniel has lived in Los Angeles for the past 35 years where he has been exposed to its rich diversity of cuisines. This wide range of experiences influences and informs his food on a daily basis, enabling him to borrow ingredients and techniques from one another. Chef Daniel aims to teach fundamentals to his students, so they need not rely on recipes.

After graduating culinary school and completing an immersive internship in Italian culture and cuisine in Umbria, Chef Daniel landed a job as a sous chef where he was able to learn from and partner with Iron Chef Jose Garces. For the past five years, Chef Daniel has been the go-to chef for six eateries that are part of a restaurant group that has helped transform a once desolate neighborhood into a modern and trendy village.

Chef Vivian and Chef Michi are a husband and wife dynamic culinary duo, each bringing more than 30 years of professional culinary experience to the table. Chef Vivian is a highly respected and lauded private chef, caterer and cooking class instructor. Chef Michi is a master of all things authentic Japanese sushi. Together, Chef Vivian and Chef Michi are a culinary force to be reckoned with in the kitchen.

After discovering his passion for cooking as an Italian language instructor at UC Berkeley, Chef Chris went on to be the co-founder of a culinary event business, specializing in regional Italian cooking, and then worked as a chef teaching cooking classes for corporate groups, cultivating a 5-star rating. Chef Chris now works with a company providing walking food tours of Little Italy as well as teaching his lauded cooking classes.

Chef Logan has worked under several titles in his extensive culinary career, including executive chef and director of team building exercises for a global food company. Although he is well-versed in many food traditions, Italian is his favorite, with an emphasis on from-scratch pizza. Chef Logan's personal philosophy is to ensure everyone is included in every part of the meal, and he is more than happy to accommodate guests with food allergies.
