What You'll Do

Make fresh Italian fettuccine and creamy vodka sauce in this hands-on cooking class.

In this cooking class, you’ll mix eggs, 00 flour, olive oil and salt into a smooth pasta dough before kneading, rolling and cutting it into fresh fettuccine ribbons. You’ll also build a velvety vodka sauce with tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, garlic, herbs and a splash of vodka, then finish it with cream and Parmesan.

 

With Chef Giselle guiding you step by step, you’ll learn approachable pasta-making techniques, sauce timing and how to bring everything together without turning your counter into a flour-covered crime scene. Chef Giselle was amazing. She made learning fun and easy. She was so well prepared, had great energy, we now know how to make homemade pasta! Would highly recommend Chef Giselle!

My brother and I took this class to learn how to make pasta, and Chef Giselle was an excellent teacher. She was very personable and informative, and gave us lots of handy tips along the way -like kneading the dough with one hand so one is kept clean and free. My brother has a lactose intolerance and she was very accommodating with the menu. The pasta with tomato and basil sauce was delicious - melt in your mouth good! We also loved the antipasto and the zabaglione to start and finish. We’d highly recommend Chef Giselle as a cooking instructor!

Giselle was a wonderful teacher, was a fun 3 hour experience with my wife for a 1:2 pasta making lesson. Excellent tiramisu for dessert, had plenty of leftovers
