Chef Giselle has cooked for me on several occasions, including an intimate private dinner and my birthday celebration for 60 guests. Like a finely tuned orchestra, her menus were beautifully composed, impeccable in presentation, and unforgettable flavours. Her lamb chops are, without question, the best I have ever had—perfectly cooked and deeply flavorful—and the roasted pepper soup was extraordinary, elegant yet comforting.
