This cooking class celebrates the colorful, lively dishes inspired by Mexico’s coastal regions. Led by Chef Olivier, known for his refined approach to regional cuisine, this session blends technique with storytelling for an unforgettable culinary techniques.

You will develop skills in curing fresh fish for ceviche, crafting aromatic stews with Atlantic cod and preparing staple sides like Mexican rice and refried beans. The cooking lesson also includes making a delicate corn cake dessert with hibiscus syrup.
