This cooking class explores unique ways to add plant-based ingredients to your diet. Led by a gourmet Chef Shelley, you'll use fresh fruits and vegetables to prepare delicious and nutritious meals.
Clean, slice and prep vegetables to be marinated with salted peanuts in a tangy vinaigrette. Next up is a tomato and basil bruschetta with a sourdough baguette, garlic and olive oil.
