In this hands-on cooking class, you'll prepare a handful of simple meals using pantry staples that come together in just 20 minutes.
Chef Carolyn will guide you through the preparation of several simple recipes, including tangy Thai shrimp tacos, salmon seasoned with Sriracha and soy sauce, and cherry tomato anchovy pasta thrown together with homemade spaghetti, fresh basil and Parmesan. You'll also whip up chocolate avocado mousse for dessert. As you cook, Chef Carolyn will teach you professional tips and tricks for properly stocking your pantry so you're always prepared.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
