Led by a gourmet chef, this cooking class explores skills, techniques and ingredients needed to prepare a fine dining experience at home.

Begin by preparing a fluffy pavlova that you'll enjoy for dessert. Learn how to prepare and slice vegetables as well as blend them into a creamy cauliflower soup topped with a Cheddar crisp. Your main entrée is a traditional New Orleans jambalaya filled with shrimp, chicken and spicy sausage. To conclude, prepare cream and fruit to top the pavlova for a sweet finale.
