Had a great experience with Chef Charuta's class. Lots of opportunity to participate and ask questions. Learned lots of tips and tricks of the trade. Also got to explore so many authentic spices and flavors. Got to prepare and enjoy a 4 course meal. Everything was delicious and can now try these recipes at home. Class size limited to 4 people so it was a comfortable learning environment.

Amazing experience! We loved chef Charuta. She was very welcoming and professional and made us feel comfortable. Our meal was delicious and we even had enough to take home for leftovers. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Four of us spent a lovely and most enjoyable evening with Chef Charuta. Our chef had all menu items well prepared and seemlessly guided us through the preparation of dessert, salad, appetizer, and main courses dishes. The evening was topped off with a truly exceptional meal in all regards which would put any five star restaurant to shame. Charuta of course hosted us in her home which made for a very comfortable atmosphere. The pricing is very reasonable in my opinion and all guests in attendance highly recommend Charuta's cooking class. Congratulations Chef Charuta - well done!

An amazing experience, if I could give more than 5 stars I would! Chef Charuta was knowledgable, personable, and friendly! Everything was prepared beforehand and the fact it was at her home made it for a cozy personalized evening. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun evening!

It was a wonderful experience for both myself and my 3 granddaughters. After our evening ended, they were already talking about going to another cooking class again next year. We really enjoyed our time with Chef Charuta and thank her for teaching us how to cook Italian dishes.

It was an exceptional evening of cooking. The three hour class flew by. We asked all the questions and she answered all of them. Chef Charuta made us feel so comfortable. It was a fantastic , fun and very informative cooking lesson and date night . Charuta is a very sweet person who truly has a passion for cooking . Food was excellent and we even had leftovers to bring home. I highly recommend her and this experience to anyone wanting to see what goes into authentic Indian cousine.

My boyfriend and I went to the Italian cooking class for a date night. We loved our experience, Chef Charuta was a pleasure to cook with. She is very knowledgeable and experienced, the food was absolutely amazing. And I now have the confidence I need to recreate these meals at home. We took a Rustic Italian class with Chef Charuta. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. She answered our questions, demonstrated culinary techniques and had us assist with various aspects of the meal preparation to make sure we understood about the process. Making the pasta from scratch was a highlight and she made sure that we thoroughly understood and participated in each step. She plated our courses beautifully, and while we ate each one she cleaned up and prepped for the next part of the meal while she chatted with us. Thank you, Charuta! It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience!

Chef Charuta was exceptionally well-prepared. She was also very knowledgable and graciously answered all of our (many) questions. We had such a lovely dinner and learned so much!

Charuta is passionate and really informative. Got some great tips on how to make a complex dish like biryani. We made a lot more food than more classes, 5 different dishes and a couple sauces as well. One thing that would be nice is if we could eat a little throughout instead of at the end. The class started at 6 and we didn't eat until 830 or so. I think the kababs could have been done first and eaten as an appetizer. It also would have been nice to have the recipes printed out for us to follow. This would make it easier to follow along and cook a little more independently. She did send us the ingredients after the class, but a more detailed recipe would be nice to have during the class. I loved how intimate the setting was, just 2 couples. We had great discussions on cooking techniques and tricks. I would definitely do another class with Charuta!

This was a wonderful evening. Chef Charuta was friendly and knowledgeable. She has done a fantastic job planning the timing and was so well organized. The time seemed to fly by but nothing was rushed. The food was delicious and I look forward to trying out my new culinary skills!
