This cooking class features all the tools, techniques and knowledge needed to prepare authentic fresh New Mexican Cuisine. Led by Chef Bradley, you'll learn how to prepare fresh made corn tortillas, various fillings, sauces, and sides for family and friends. Start with camarones al ajillo guajillo y aguacate with garlic-butter and avocados. Next up is con carne y salsa de tomato with beef, tomatillo-pineapple salsa and complimented with Mexican street corn (Elotes), then finished with Mexican Inspired Donuts!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
