You’ll start with vegetable pakoras, focusing on mixing batter, handling chickpea flour and shallow frying. Then, build a creamy tomato-onion sauce for shahi paneer, learning how to balance spices and cook paneer without breaking it. You’ll also make cumin rice, practicing how to toast spices and steam rice evenly. Finish with Indian rice pudding (kheer), mastering low-heat cooking and flavoring with cardamom and saffron. Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your skills, this class makes each step approachable and clear.

It was so lovely meeting Chef Meena! Everything was so easy to make thanks to her amazing skills and the food was so so delicious (highly recommend the shahi paneer and the pakoras). Meena was very sweet and we felt very welcome and comfortable in her home. 11/10 would recommend her classes to anyone in a heartbeat!

My friends and I had the most wonderful experience at Chef Meena’s home cooking class. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality that we immediately felt comfortable. Her patience and kindness made the entire experience enjoyable and relaxed, even when we asked extra questions or needed clarification.
The food we cooked was exceptional; not only delicious, but carefully explained step by step. Meena went beyond the planned lesson, offering additional tips, techniques, and background that showed both her expertise and generosity as a teacher. The conversation throughout the class was easy and engaging, and it added so much to the overall experience.
We left not only with new skills and recipes, but with a genuine appreciation for her passion and care. I highly recommend her classes to anyone looking for an inspiring and welcoming culinary experience.

It was a wonderful experience learning from Chef Meena. She made it easy to break down and explained some of the techniques very clearly. And the food was delicious! My partner and I enjoyed her calm presence, patience, and her love for cooking. We will definitely be using her recipes in our regular routine and even bought her lovely cookbook. Highly recommend this class!

We had a great experience during our private cooking class with Chef Meena!
The space was clean, organized, and made for an intimate home cooking experience. Chef Meena did a great job explaining the steps of each menu item and provided recipes for us to take home. We had the chance to taste the food as we cooked and then left with full portions of everything to enjoy at home. The food was delicious!
We would highly recommend Chef Meena to anyone looking for Indian home cooking classes!
