Get a fill of your favorite outdoor grilling favorites with this backyard cookout menu.

Pull out the grill and whip up some of your favorite comfort food recipes for Father's Day! Chef Luis will teach you how to make all of your cookout favorites with elevated flavors and ingredients.

To start, you will stuff spicy jalapeños with a decadent cream cheese filling, then learn the techniques to perfectly grill a whole chicken to juicy perfection with crispy skin. Make a fresh chimichurri sauce for an ideal pairing with your chicken. Lastly, grill mixed vegetable skewers and make mashed potatoes mixed with corn and jalapeños.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
