Cooking Class - Short Ribs Cooking

If you’re looking for a cooking class with a focus on comfort food then this class is for you. To start you'll prepare a light and healthy sunshine salad with various fruit, spinach and pecans. You will then move on to create flavorsome short ribs using red wine and beef stock for maximum taste, which will be served with a rich garlic mash and roasted tomato. Make sure you save space for the lemon tart with tequila lime whipped cream dessert, providing a nice sharp finish to the meal.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Roy is a culinary professional chef who has owned his own catering business to extensive restaurant experience. He specializes in Italian, Asian Indian cuisine but is also well rounded as a chef. He has many positive testimonials of his wonderful dishes. I would definitely recommend him.
