Get ready to master the basics of popular Indian cuisine, bold flavor and incredible textures as Chef Sakshi shows you how to prepare a four-course meal packed with Indian spices and unforgettably savory recipes.
Mix and prepare Indian street chaats followed by traditional tikkas marinated in homemade spices and cashew yogurt marinade. Learn how kashmiri pulao and Indian bread are made before preparing chicken curry and spiced potatoes. For dessert, Chef Sakshi will teach you how to make syrupy gulab jamun and ice cream.
