If you're looking for a special way to celebrate Dad, try serving up the supreme BBQ meal in this hands-on Father's Day cooking class. A spread this scrumptious is an ideal gift for the guy who has everything.
Begin class with the exciting blend of cool and fiery flavors in a batch of cream cheese-stuffed jalapeños. Then, grill a whole chicken dressed to the nines with an herby homemade chimichurri marinade. And no cookout would be complete without grilled vegetables and mashed potatoes peppered with corn and roasted peppers.

Chef Luis and the cooking experience was just what we needed after a long day of meetings! He was kind, had tons of great experience, shared a lot of great cooking tips, shared a bit about how he approached cooking in Mexico, and put together an awesome meal for us. There was plenty of food for the evening, and the team thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We’d definitely work with him again in the future.
