Chef Sofia grew up in a traditional Greek family eating all of the authentic Greek dishes that restaurant-goers love so much. With her insider expertise, you'll learn to make these classic Greek dishes in no time.
First, make a traditional Greek salad topped with creamy, salty, grilled halloumi cheese. Next, prepare everyone's favorite juicy lamb and beef kebabs with a tangy garlic sauce and a refreshing bite of mint. You'll love the lemony Greek potatoes that pair with it, followed by the twist on a classic Greek dessert: Flaky and sweet baklava cupcakes.
