Cooking Class - Vegan Indian Fare
Get ready for the feast of all-plant-based Indian fare that awaits you in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Mike.
First, make laccha and a fresh salad with onions, tomatoes and cucumbers. Then, learn to make a creamy mushroom and tofu curry with flavors reminiscent of butter chicken. Next, it's time to concoct a warm rice dish with coconut milk and spices, followed by parippu, a red lentil dal dish. Finally, end your delicious meal with almond burfi, a classic "fudge" with maple syrup and cardamom.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
