Cooking Class - Plant-Based Spanish Tapas
Learn to make authentic Spanish tapas—bite-sized dishes—in this interactive cooking class with Chef Mike. Each dish will be made with wholesome, plant-based ingredients.
First, learn to make a warm oat and olive oil flatbread, which you'll adorn with different toppings to create your tapas. Toppings include mushrooms and garlic, spinach and chickpeas, and roasted peppers with olives. You'll learn how to prep and season each topping until they're packed with flavor. For dessert, prepare chewy almond cookies from scratch to end the meal on a sweet note.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
