This hands-on cooking class offers a unique insight into Indian cuisine and its potential to contribute to better wellbeing. Join Chef Parag as he demonstrates how to prepare Indian cuisine that is home style but healthy, and loaded with tons of flavor.
Kick things off with pakora, an appetizer of crisp vegetable fritters seasoned to perfection. Next, you'll prepare a lip-smacking chicken curry that will kick your usual takeout to the curb. Even dessert can be light and nourishing when it's a creamy rice kheer with nuts and dried fruit.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
