Spice up your culinary repertoire with recipes and techniques straight from the heart of Spain.

Leave the ordinary behind and delve into new culinary techniques that will bring Spanish cuisine to life in your kitchen. In this interactive cooking class, Chef Laurianne demonstrates how to prepare traditional Spanish dishes using freshly picked produce and sustainably-sourced meats, poultry and seafood.

Begin by preparing a traditional ensalada Caesar, complete with a creamy homemade dressing, followed by Spanish-style garlic shrimp that bursts with robust flavor. For the main course, cook what is considered to be the national dish of Spain – paella de pollo. Complete your meal on a sweet note with traditional Spanish cookies.

Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class. Alcohol is not permitted on site.
