Cooking Class - Authentic Fiesta Menu

Mexican cuisine prepared with an eye on heritage is on the menu in this vibrant hands-on cooking class. Let Chef Luis introduce you to a variety of authentic ingredients, traditional recipes and gourmet techniques as you create a classic Mexican spread!
Kick off the class by creating a zesty cream cheese-based shrimp dip flavored with roasted peppers, followed by a refreshing salad featuring sliced cactus, crumbled feta and Mexican oregano. For the entrée, prepare an authentic pozole filled with hominy and fresh pork cuts. For dessert, bake gluten-free corn bread topped with custardy crème anglaise and strawberries.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Luis and the cooking experience was just what we needed after a long day of meetings! He was kind, had tons of great experience, shared a lot of great cooking tips, shared a bit about how he approached cooking in Mexico, and put together an awesome meal for us. There was plenty of food for the evening, and the team thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We’d definitely work with him again in the future.
