In this Master Class you will learn how to do the very traditional Mexican Pozole ( A stew made of Pork and Homini)
seving with a Fresh Nopales Salada (Mexican Cactus)
and a very nice Shrimp & Cream Cheese Dip served with tortilla chips
To Finish with a Warm Mexican Corn Bread
This class is Gluten Free

Chef Luis and the cooking experience was just what we needed after a long day of meetings! He was kind, had tons of great experience, shared a lot of great cooking tips, shared a bit about how he approached cooking in Mexico, and put together an awesome meal for us. There was plenty of food for the evening, and the team thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We’d definitely work with him again in the future.

He's fired up flavorful fare as an executive chef all over Canada, from Vancouver to Nova Scotia, and he's helped bring the first casual dining restaurant to Accra, Ghana. Chef Luis is an experienced chef both on land and at sea, having delighted diners as a private chef aboard luxurious yachts in sunny Florida.
