Cooking Class - Spiced-Up Date Night
Switch up your date night routine with this exciting menu of savory and sweet dishes.
In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn to make a menu of flavorful dishes created by Chef Najib. As you cook together, you'll also learn professional culinary tips and tricks from the Chef.
Begin your date night with slices of fresh baguette for the Moroccan Zaalook, a roasted eggplant and tomato dip. Then, learn to make beef stroganoff with a hearty mushroom sauce. On the side, prepare whipped sweet potatoes and tender green beans. For dessert, make a deluxe cake served with an orange compote and a simple chocolate mousse-like icing called Chantilly.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a great evening with chef najib. The meal was delicious! better yet, he took the time to answer our questions and walk us through everything he was making. We felt comfortable with him as he was approachable yet professional. Thanks for the great evening!

Our evening with Chef Najib was a wonderful experience! We got to cook and enjoy ingredients we'd never had before. Chef was very personable and fully prepared for the evening. He had helpful tips about different cooking techniques and all things related to working in the kitchen. Our meal was so delicious that we've already made some of the dishes at home. We are looking forward to seeing his next round of meals on Cozymeal. I highly recommend taking a class with Chef Najib!

Meet your chef
Chef Najib played a pivotal role in opening one of El Jedida, Morocco's premiere luxury resorts in 2008. He also formerly worked as a head chef in food production for an international company. While doing that work, Chef Najib also worked on TV shows and photo shoots, helping with food presentation and giving culinary trainings to employees. Additionally, he cooked for more than 5,600 people at the 2015 Dubai Jazz Festival.
