Cooking Class - Rustic New American Fare

Learn to create herbaceous dishes with fresh ingredients and professional cooking techniques.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Najib, you'll learn to make three rustic American dishes full of flavor and flair. Chef Najib will teach you professional techniques for roasting chicken and preparing ingredients as you cook together.

First, prepare a creamy leek and potato soup topped with herbed croutons and lemon wedges. Next, learn how to roast a chicken to golden-brown perfection and serve it with herbed potatoes and glazed carrots. Finally, elevate fudgy brownies into a restaurant-worthy dessert with fine chocolate, almonds, and silky whipped cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

He was awesome! Very personable, easy to chat with. Food was great and he is very skilled in cooking, the soup was amazing, will deff make it myself again sometime. He even gave us a demo on a new pasta attachment we recently purchased for our KitchenAid. Great guy, will book again.

Chef Najib played a pivotal role in opening one of El Jedida, Morocco's premiere luxury resorts in 2008. He also formerly worked as a head chef in food production for an international company. While doing that work, Chef Najib also worked on TV shows and photo shoots, helping with food presentation and giving culinary trainings to employees. Additionally, he cooked for more than 5,600 people at the 2015 Dubai Jazz Festival.
