In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Joey will teach you how to prepare an Asian-inspired three course meal with ingredients that are typically in the fridge already or are easy to obtain at any local grocery store.
You'll begin with an appetizer of pork gyoza (dumplings) with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce. For your main dish, you'll learn to prepare a simple yet delicious ramen dish with chicken and vegetables and garnished with a soft boiled egg. Finally, you'll enjoy banana fritters with ice cream and honey for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
