Satisfy your gnocchi craving and learn to prepare it, too, in this gnocchi-centric cooking class with Chef Joey. Chef Joey will teach you to prepare gnocchi three different ways using resourceful techniques and professional cooking skills.
You'll learn to make the gnocchi from freshly boiled potatoes as well from last nights side of mashed potatoes. After preparing the gnocchi, you'll use it three unique dishes: spinach and parmesan gnocchi, gnocchi with savory pancetta, and a hearty braised beef gnocchi with cherry tomatoes and basil.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
