Chef Burcu has a host of traditional Old World recipes for you to try in this fun hands-on cooking class. Learn how to add refinement to hearty selections and turn a rustic Italian dinner into an elegant affair.

Begin by cooking up a hearty minestrone soup brimming with tomatoes and seasonal vegetables. Then, prepare handmade pasta dough to transform into a homestyle lasagna, layered with a robust beef sauce and fresh Parmesan. You'll also assemble a simple kale salad and create classic tiramisu, the perfect Italian ending.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My fiancé and I recently did Traditional Pasta-Making Methods with Chef Burcu and it was amazing. She is a very knowledgeable and talented chef. We learned so much and the food was absolutely amazing. We 100% recommend Chef Burcu - it was an amazing experience!!

Chef Burcu was very nice! My daughter and I felt very comfortable with her. We had a great time with all the hands on preparation. We found it was a lot of food and my only critic was maybe to have offered for us to take the leftovers of our meal home as we made personal size lasagnas and only had half. Other than that everything was great and every dish was amazing! My daughter and I are excited to make fresh pasta at home now.
