Cooking Class - Ravioli Made From Scratch
From creamy tomato soup to hand-made ravioli and a classic dessert, there's plenty to taste and discover in this interactive cooking class with Chef Burcu.
First, learn how to make a traditional tomato and basil soup, then Chef Burcu will teach you her professional tips for crafting perfect pockets of ravioli pasta filled with a mushroom mixture and topped with homemade Alfredo sauce. To round out your Italian meal with a sweet finish, you'll prepare an authentic zuccotto dessert with roasted almonds, berries and vanilla and dark chocolate.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
