Join Chef Kimberly as you learn how to make a classic three-course Italian meal in this hands-on cooking class using only the freshest ingredients.

Begin by preparing an appetizer of bruschetta served on toastettes with a balsamic glaze or whipped feta. Then, Chef Kimberly will show you how to make homemade gnocchi peppered with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach paired with Italian sausage cream sauce. Finally, end with tarts filled with lemon and ricotta.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Great experience! Kimberly was great and brought everything needed that we didn't have for an amazing meal. She was organized, helpful, funny and we couldnt have asked for anything more. The food was amazing and there were lots of leftovers! I'll be recommending Kimberly and this experience to everyone.

Kimi's meals have been some of the best I have ever had in my life. I enjoy watching her cook and learning from her. She is very passionate about it and it shows in her teaching skills. It is always very informative and she is always happy to answer any questions I have had.
