In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to make a full Italian meal full of impressive, yet simple dishes that any everyone will love. Explore the classic ingredients and flavors that bring Italian fare to life, including fresh basil, sun-dried tomatoes and crisp white wines.
For an elegant starter, create a salad of peaches, mozzarella, basil and prosciutto. Then, learn a recipe for risotto finished with tart sun-dried tomatoes, white wine and fresh cheese and topped with perfectly seared scallops. For dessert, craft homemade cannolis with fresh fruit.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
