Cooking Class - Wrap and Roll Your Own Sushi

Learn all about Japanese cuisine and sushi-making with Chef Laine.

Get ready to wrap, roll and dip! This interactive cooking class will leave you feeling confident in the Japanese art of sushi-making.

Begin the class by making gyoza dumplings from scratch, stuffing, wrapping and finally frying them. Next, put together a classic Japanese miso soup to tip back before making an assortment of sushi rolls the way a true sushi chef does it. To finish off your Japanese feast, enjoy a silky and decadent, homemade green tea ice cream that you'll easily be able to replicate at home.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I booked Chef Laine for a surprise bday evening for a friend and some girls. My friend was surprised when she arrived at the house and then the next couple hours were so much fun! Already have plans to book this for my hubby and a couple of his friends. The recipes were delicious and will be easy to replicate. 5 stars!
