Cooking Class - Wrap and Roll Your Own Sushi
Get ready to wrap, roll and dip! This interactive cooking class will leave you feeling confident in the Japanese art of sushi-making.
Begin the class by making gyoza dumplings from scratch, stuffing, wrapping and finally frying them. Next, put together a classic Japanese miso soup to tip back before making an assortment of sushi rolls the way a true sushi chef does it. To finish off your Japanese feast, enjoy a silky and decadent, homemade green tea ice cream that you'll easily be able to replicate at home.
