What You'll Do

Join Chef Logan and learn the finer points of creating your own sushi rolls.

In this hands-on sushi-making class, Chef Logan shows you proper knife skills, rice handling and garnishing techniques — all things necessary for rolling sushi like a professional!

You’ll start with a sweet and savory mango avocado roll made with cucumber, sesame seeds, tempura crisp and mango sauce. Then, advance to a sophisticated Philly roll featuring candied salmon, cream cheese, cucumber and sesame seeds, and a dynamic volcano roll with tuna, crab, cucumber, avocado, mango sauce and a savory Japanese spice mix. And for dessert, you'll whip up earthy green tea ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Logan was an excellent teacher and just a good person! He knew his history when it came to Sushi among other topics that genuinely surprised myself and our guests when he dropped some serious knowledge on all of us. All of us were impressed by his knowledge and skill and we would have him back in the future without a doubt!

Chef Logan crushed it last night. He walked us through every step of the sushi-making process. You could feel his passion. Not just for cooking, but for teaching it right. Super hands-on, detailed and the ice cream is delicious. If you get the chance to take his class, don’t think twice.

Super awesome experience. Chef Logan was prompt, polite, courteous, incredibly knowledgeable, and fun. Had a wickedly enjoyable night making sushi. Highly recommended for a date night with your significant other.
