Cooking Class - Introduction to Sushi

Join Chef Logan and learn the finer points of creating your own sushi rolls.

In this hands-on sushi-making class, Chef Logan shows you proper knife skills, rice handling and garnishing techniques — all things necessary for rolling sushi like a professional!

You’ll start with a sweet and savory mango avocado roll made with cucumber, sesame seeds, tempura crisp and mango sauce. Then, advance to a sophisticated Philly roll featuring candied salmon, cream cheese, cucumber and sesame seeds, and a dynamic volcano roll with tuna, crab, cucumber, avocado, mango sauce and a savory Japanese spice mix. And for dessert, you'll whip up earthy green tea ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Logan was wonderful and so patient. He taught us so much about sushi and how knife cutting skills. We had a great night and the food was amazing. I would definitely recommend to anyone !
