Cooking Class - Introduction to Sushi
In this hands-on sushi-making class, Chef Logan shows you proper knife skills, rice handling, and garnishing techniques — all things necessary for rolling sushi like a pro!
You’ll start with a sweet and savory mango avocado roll made with cucumber, sesame seeds, tempura crisp and mango sauce. Then, advance to a sophisticated Philly roll featuring candied salmon, cream cheese, cucumber, and sesame seeds. Next up is a dynamic volcano roll with tuna, crab, cucumber, avocado, mango sauce and a savory Japanese spice mix. And for dessert, you'll enjoy a classic green tea ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
