Join Chef Logan and learn the finer points of creating your own sushi rolls.

In this hands-on sushi-making class, Chef Logan shows you proper knife skills, rice handling, and garnishing techniques — all things necessary for rolling sushi like a pro!

You’ll start with a sweet and savory mango avocado roll made with cucumber, sesame seeds, tempura crisp and mango sauce. Then, advance to a sophisticated Philly roll featuring candied salmon, cream cheese, cucumber, and sesame seeds. Next up is a dynamic volcano roll with tuna, crab, cucumber, avocado, mango sauce and a savory Japanese spice mix. And for dessert, you'll enjoy a classic green tea ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Logan was fantastic! My girlfriend and I both enjoyed an evening learning how to make various types of sushi using high quality ingredients selected by the chef. Chef Logan was incredibly welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable giving us not only a super fun hands on experience but also sharing some of the history of sushi.
