Create and enjoy the rich flavors of a classic Indian spread with the help of Chef Anthony.
In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to combine fresh ingredients to create authentic Indian flavors. Chef Anthony will teach you how to fuse Indian spices to bring out distinct and delicious flavors in all your dishes.
Begin with aloo gobi, a tangy vegetarian dish featuring cauliflower, corn and various Indian spices. For the main course, prepare beef vindaloo, a spicy curry dish made with turmeric and paprika and served with rice. For dessert, learn how to make deconstructed kulfi, a contemporary twist on traditional ice cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
