Cooking Class - Modern Indian Cooking
In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to cook classic Indian dishes with a modern approach. Chef Rahul will teach you the latest methods for incorporating flavor and presenting dishes.
You'll begin with reshmi kebab, a traditional Indian recipe. But with Chef Rahul's guidance, you'll infuse the kebab with cardamom smoke using a glass cloche cover. You'll also make lamb shank with authentic Kashmiri spices served with saffron rice and warm naan bread. For dessert, make herby paan ice cream, frozen right before your eyes using dry ice.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
