In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Charuta will teach you how to prepare classic British dishes, including handmade savory pies, from start to finish with unique, modern twists.

Begin with a fresh kale salad bursting with intriguing flavors and textures. Next, Chef Charuta will help you craft hearty Scotch eggs paired with a bright mango chutney. For the main course, learn how to make traditional British pies from scratch stuffed with fillings of short rib, chicken or mushrooms. For dessert, craft an iconic British treat: Sticky toffee pudding.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Charuta is no newbie when it comes to culinary events. She is experienced with making pretty much everything in house from scratch. Her passion is Indian cuisine. If you wish to learn about authentic Indian food look no further!

The hospitality skills she acquired through her education in hotel management have served her well through the years. She's also acted as a photographer for a spice start-up. With a specialty in authentic Indian dishes, Chef Charuta takes joy in creating food and helping others develop and hone their kitchen skills.
