Join Chef Carolyn in this hands-on cooking class and learn how to easily slice, dice and cook a variety of fresh ingredients to create a comforting three-course Indian meal.
Begin with a vibrant carrot salad topped with currants and a curry vinaigrette, then prepare classic chicken curry with your own blend of spices, and topped with fresh cilantro. And no Indian meal is complete without naan bread, which you'll also learn how to make. Finally, top off the meal by making a light mango and vanilla pudding from scratch.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
