Prepare a comforting and gourmet three-course Indian meal with curry as the star.
Join Chef Carolyn in this hands-on cooking class and learn how to easily slice, dice and cook a variety of fresh ingredients to create a comforting three-course Indian meal.
Begin with a vibrant carrot salad topped with currants and a curry vinaigrette, then prepare classic chicken curry with your own blend of spices, and topped with fresh cilantro. And no Indian meal is complete without naan bread, which you'll also learn how to make. Finally, top off the meal by making a light mango and vanilla pudding from scratch.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Carolyn is an entrepreneur and culinary instructor bringing more than 10 years of experience to the table. Chef Carolyn owned and operated her own catering business for five years, offering custom menus for events of all sizes as well as team building workshops and healthy eating seminars. Her other notable professional achievements include cooking at the G8 Summit in 2010, and competing on "Chopped" Canada in 2017.
