Go beyond stir fry and discover a variety of creative flavors in this Asian fusion feast!

Learn first hand the variety of flavors and ingredients in Asian cuisine in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Carolyn.

You'll make five Asian fusion recipes from scratch, including savory Korean shrimp pancakes, sweet and sour cauliflower bites, and Szechuan sausage skewers paired with a minty yogurt sauce, then finish your feast with a sweet Chinese egg tart. Each recipe can be served as individual entrées or as meals to share. Chef Carolyn will also share Asian cooking pantry staples and tips on where to purchase Asian specialty items.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
