Discover how easy it is to make your own homemade lasagna.
In this hands-on class, Chef Catherine will walk you through the process of creating the basic building blocks of great Italian food.
Start with bruschetta, a delicious combination of diced fresh tomatoes mixed with garlic and balsamic vinegar spooned onto fresh bread. Then, learn how to bake simple naan, perfect for bruschetta or sopping up sauce. Next, make fresh pasta and sauce, and use them in that classic layering of pasta, cheeses, and sauce that is homemade lasagna. Finish up your meal with pizzicati, an Italian jam cookie.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Catherine was so personable and inviting. She knew how to teach to both our cooking levels and we would definitely recommend her class. Thank you for an enjoyable evening!

Chef Catherine uses her French heritage and finesse to create a light but filling menu. She said during her class that her sons only eat her cooking, and I can see why. I'd like to have her as my mom cooking for me all the time as well.

Meet your chef
Chef Catherine is dedicated to spreading the word that healthy food can be delicious. She has worked in restaurants from pizzerias to Michelin-star establishments, as well as working as a personal chef and in catering. Chef Catherine has also worked as head chef at several large, corporate daycare centers where she taught classes to adults and children alike. Her menus are healthy, made from scratch and nutritionist approved.
