We enjoyed a fun and informative cooking session with Chef Diana. Learning to hand roll and shape ravioli pasta was fun, and a good hand and forearm workout! The ingredients were simple, high quality and end result; worth every minute of prep! Diana was excellent at working with us to demonstrate and explain the techniques and choice of ingredients. Chef Diana created such a wonderful cooking experience. Her explanations were clear, the recipes were delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
