Join Chef Natalia in ushering the flavors and flair of Latin America into your kitchen.
In this hands-on class with Chef Natalia, you will learn how to prepare a four-course Latin-inspired surf and turf menu using both familiar and exotic ingredients, and simple cooking techniques that yield wonderfully complex flavor profiles.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a watercress salad with a homemade basil dressing, a Peruvian-style salmon ceviche swimming in fresh citrus, a Cuban-style mojo-marinated pork tenderloin with roasted garlic and roasted pumpkin, and so much more!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Our experience with Natalia was phenomenal. She gave great advice and showed her expertise in the kitchen to our awe and wonder. She's such a sweet person and really takes her time with clients.
