In this hands-on class with Chef Natalia, you will learn how to prepare a four-course Latin-inspired surf and turf menu using both familiar and exotic ingredients, and simple cooking techniques that yield wonderfully complex flavor profiles.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a watercress salad with a homemade basil dressing, a Peruvian-style salmon ceviche swimming in fresh citrus, a Cuban-style mojo-marinated pork tenderloin with roasted garlic and roasted pumpkin, and so much more!
