Begin by crafting bruschetta with fresh tomatoes and basil, and a rocket salad featuring grilled pears, crunchy walnuts and salty prosciutto with balsamic and honey drizzled on top. Next, Chef Rachel will teach you how to make and roll homemade potato gnocchi coated in a tomato-basil pomodoro sauce, and how to beautifully layer tiramisu parfaits for dessert.
