Begin by preparing a classic dish of warmed oranges, thyme and mixed olives, and learning how to perfectly poach chorizo sausage in earthy red wine. Next, you'll focus on sautéing fresh shrimp with garlic, smoky paprika and chili for extra spice, and cooking a Spanish omelet simmering with eggs and hearty potatoes. End class by crafting a time-honored dessert: Crème caramel.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
