Chef Mark will teach you how to use ingredients sourced locally to craft four fresh courses in this engaging cooking class. You'll also improve your kitchen skills from a world-class chef.
To start, you'll use eggplant, goat cheese and capsicum peppers to craft a Provençal vegetable tian. Use prawns infused with artichoke and finger limes and served with a blood orange aioli. Roast beets and serve them with a crème fraîche sprinkled with walnut crumble. For dessert, you'll mix honeycomb with fresh berries and chocolate topped with custard.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
