Cooking Class - Bold Vegan-Inspired Fare
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Preacher, you'll learn the secrets to amazing vegan cooking as you prepare several plant-based dishes together.
Start by deep frying plantains spiced with red chilis and black pepper. Then skewer fresh vegetables marinated in soy sauce and ginger into flavorful kebabs. You'll learn how to steam broccoli and carrots until tender and bright, as well as how to whip up a tomato sauce packed with button mushrooms. For dessert, prepare and enjoy a vegan cheesecake topped with fresh strawberries.
