Cooking Class - Modern Vegetarian
Join Chef Preacher for a hands-on vegetarian cooking class where you'll learn professional tips and tricks for making vegetarian meals pop.
To begin, roll lentils into flavorful lentil balls served with a homemade BBQ sauce. Then learn how to transform chickpeas into "chicken drumsticks" with a combination of breadcrumbs and spices. Next, fry up basmati rice with alliums, black bean and egg into a hearty side dish and sauté vegetables to serve with a tomato gravy. For dessert, learn how to make a sweet almond custard topped with berries.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
