Your taste for Italian favorites is more than covered in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Manjula. From appetizer to dessert, he'll show you how to create classic recipes from scratch.
Your lesson begins with a basket of homemade bread and a crisp Caesar salad topped with cherry tomatoes and grilled chicken. Then, toss together homemade penne pasta with fresh chicken or shrimp and dressed with your choice of pink or white sauce. Close down this course by celebrating the sweet side of Italian cooking with an indulgent white chocolate tiramisu.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
