Join Chef Japvir for an immersive cooking class that brings the flavors from his homeland Punjab in Northern India right into your kitchen. In this hands-on experience, you'll learn the secrets to creating authentic Indian dishes, mastering the art of layering flavors with traditional ingredients.

Begin by crafting crispy samosas, filling delicate, flaky dough with a savory mix of spiced potatoes and peas. For the main course, Chef Japvir will guide you through the process of making rich and creamy butter chicken, blending smoked chicken with a velvety tomato sauce infused with aromatic spices. As the butter chicken simmers, you’ll also learn the art of making soft, fluffy naan from scratch. Finally, indulge your sweet tooth by preparing and savoring a bowl of traditional kheer, a comforting rice pudding delicately flavored with cardamom and garnished with nuts.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The food was amazing. We laughed so much and we also learned a few secrets in food making! A mountain of dishes afterwards, this is must do experience with Chef Japvir and his lovely wife.
