In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Japvir teaches guests how to make classic dishes from his home state of Punjab in Northern India. Learn to build depth of flavor with traditional ingredients while preparing iconic Indian dishes.

Start by filling flaky dough with spiced potatoes and peas for crispy samosas. For the main course, combine smoked chicken with a velvety tomato sauce layered with fragrant spices to create a rich butter chicken, all while the chef shares tips on how to make fluffy, homemade naan. For dessert, prepare and then enjoy some traditional kheer.
