Light and delicate aromas pair with bold flavors in a vibrant menu featuring fresh seafood and traditional recipes.

Begin by making a crisp and spicy fried shrimp varuval, followed by a hearty one-pot biryani with seasoned rice and king fish accompanied by a refreshing cucumber yogurt pachandi. For dessert, enjoy semoya payasam, a warm vermicelli pudding flavored with cardamom.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
